One service family, one authority, six weeks, print pack and member note. Extra districts in a shared service, or a second family, are priced after we have seen whether the codes even match.
Fees follow the extract, the wards, and the committee date.
Nothing here is a monthly seat. Quotes are for a named public body, a named service family, and a window of records. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.
Service delivery mapping workshop
£1,650 + VAT per day
Up to twelve participants on your site, plus redraw of the wall map. Travel from Saltcotes is billed at cost; overnight stays only when the site sits more than three hours away.
Ward briefing packs
From £380 + VAT per ward
After two sample wards quoted as a pair. A full-council batch is cheaper per ward than a scatter of singles, provided the boundary set is stable.
Complaint and ombudsman visual summaries
£420 + VAT per file
Timeline sheet and gap list. A theme note is included when five or more files share a subject such as damp or delayed assessments.
Quarterly operational review packs
£9,600 + VAT for four packs
Invoiced quarterly. Offered only where a pattern review (ours or an equivalent method note) already exists. A slipped extract may slip the cabinet date; we will not invent the quarter.
What moves a quote
- Whether the extract already exists, or we must sit in the hub to pull it under supervision.
- Number of codes, wards, and years. Two winters of waste are not the same labour as one year of a single repairs trade.
- A fixed committee date inside four weeks. Rush work is offered only on a clean extract.
- Election periods, during which we will not brand ward packs for a group.
- Information-governance routes for identifiable records. Redacted files are cheaper than a lawful identifiable transfer that needs extra handling.
