Quarterly operational review packs
A repeating set of maps and tables for the same service family, produced each quarter so cabinet or the senior leadership team can see whether last quarter’s promises moved the queue.
Who it is for
Directors of customer service, environment, or housing who already have a pattern review and now want the same drawings updated on a calendar.
What you hold at the end
Four packs a year, each comparable to the last: same wards, same codes, a short commentary on what changed and what the extract still cannot support.
Scope
One service family, one authority, four quarters. Codes must remain stable; a recode mid-year is treated as a new baseline.
Included
- Four print-ready packs
- A half-hour call after each pack with the named officer
- Carry-forward of the method note from the original pattern review
Not included
- Ad-hoc member questions outside the agreed tables
- Replacing your official performance report
Who does the work
The same studio team as the original review, unless you are told otherwise in writing before a quarter starts.
How the weeks run
- Diary the extract dates at the start of the year.
- Produce each pack within fifteen working days of a clean extract.
- Year-end note on code drift.
Time
Twelve-month engagement.
Place
Prepared in Saltcotes. One of the four officer calls can be on site without extra facilitation fees if travel is under three hours.
What you prepare
Complete a pattern review first, or an equivalent method note we can adopt.
Limits we will not blur
If a quarter’s extract arrives more than ten working days late, that pack may slip into the next cabinet cycle; we will say so rather than guess.
Fees
£9,600 + VAT for four packs, invoiced quarterly. A fifth in-year pack (for example ahead of a budget debate) is quoted separately.
Next step
Tell us which quarter you want to start and whether a pattern review already exists.
